If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us, and we will resolve the issue!

We do not accept returns after the 30-day period, so please contact us as soon as possible to receive a full refund!

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND?

Simply fill out our form on the contact page or send us an email at afeetech00@gmail.com with your order number. Once the product is received and verified, we will provide a full refund of the amount spent! (Refunds may take up to 5 days, depending on the creditor)

SHIPPING AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Shipping and any costs related to the return of the order are the responsibility of the customer.

IF THE PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE/WRONG/DAMAGED?

If the received products are defective, wrong, and/or damaged, contact us within 30 days from the moment you received the package. Remember to include the order number, photos of the product in question, and all references to the package invoice, and in accordance with our satisfaction or refund policy, we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us as soon as possible through the Contact Us page  if you wish to modify or cancel your order. Remember to include the order number and the modification/cancellation you wish to make, and you will receive confirmation of the operation.

Orders that have already been packaged or shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
